A bit about us:
Manor Fields is an over-subscribed school with a very positive reputation in the community. We are a single-intake mainstream primary school with a Complex Needs Resource Base. We are a “good” school and “a happy place where everyone is welcome” (Ofsted, February 2023)
Our school has just recruited a new headteacher and we are keen to appoint the perfect team to support them as the school enters a new chapter. We want to appoint a well-qualified, skillful and enthusiastic teacher who will work in the Resource Base to play a crucial role in improving outcomes for all children.
All about the role:
This position provides the perfect opportunity for an aspiring practitioner to demonstrate their capacity to enable children with additional needs to flourish. Our expectations are high as children are relying on us to help them to build their futures. Our ideal candidate will be:
• Committed to inclusion and excited to work in our Complex Needs Resource Base
• An outstanding Infant practitioner
• Ambitious
• Enthusiastic
• Able to inspire, innovate and nurture children
• Determined to contribute to the wider life of the school
• Adept at fostering, and sustaining, effective relationships with all members of our community, within and beyond the gate.
Find out more and apply:
We strongly encourage prospective candidates to visit our school and experience our kind, and unique, community first-hand.
Application pack & details can also be found on the school website www.manorfieldsprimary.co.uk
